STEP 01: Schedule a Discovery Call / Lunch & Learn
Everything starts with a conversation. We will set up a 30-45 minutes Lunch & Learn with Dr. Gandhi. There is no commitment and no pressure — just a straightforward discussion about Periodontal Care for your patients at your practice, and whether Perio Connect is a good fit.
We answer every question you have: how billing works, what equipment is needed, how your team stays in the loop, and what a typical visit looks like. By the end of the session, you will have a clear picture of exactly how this works.

STEP 02: We Customize the Setup to Your Practice
No two practices are the same, so we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Before the first visit, Dr. Gandhi works with you to understand your workflows, your team structure, and your patient base. We coordinate the logistics — scheduling cadence, operatory setup requirements, and communication protocols — so that when day one arrives, everything runs smoothly.
We provide a simple onboarding checklist so your front desk and clinical staff know exactly what to expect. Most practices are fully ready within one to two weeks of the initial call.

STEP 03: We Identify the Right Patients Together
You already have patients in your chair who need periodontal care — they just have not been treated yet. Together, we identify the patients in your active schedule who are ideal candidates: those with perio disease, implant needs, gum recession, or who have been deferred or declined outside referrals in the past.
Dr. Gandhi can review your patient records ahead of the visit, or simply assess patients on the day. We work with your hygiene team to flag the right cases and build a productive schedule for each Perio Connect day.

STEP 04: Dr. Gandhi Comes to Your Office
On your Perio Connect day, Dr. Gandhi arrives at your practice with everything needed to perform advanced periodontal and implant procedures. You provide the operatory and the patients — she brings the specialist expertise.
Your team continues their normal day. There is no disruption to your regular schedule. Dr. Gandhi works alongside your staff, communicates in real time about each patient, and ensures your team is informed at every step. Patients never feel like they are seeing a stranger — they are in their trusted dental home, just receiving specialist-level care.

STEP 05: Patients Are Treated — In Your Chair
This is where the magic happens. Patients receive advanced periodontal care — from scaling and root planing and osseous surgery to implant placement and soft tissue grafting — without ever leaving your office. No referral slips. Perio Connect operates on a simple revenue-sharing arrangement — there are no surprise fees, no complex invoicing, and no separate billing processes for your front desk to manage.
